This ensures subcontractors and team members see a professional, branded interface when accessing your plan room  **Access control**: Only users you invite or who are part of your project can log in. You can manage permissions and restrict access to specific projects or data. **Logins:** - **Subcontractor logins are not required unless** they go to an integrated plan room that is a public/private mixture; to see any public projects, they will need a username - **Subcontractors that receive an ITB do not need a login;** there is a hyperlink in the message that leads to the project in that GC’s design website we host - **GCs/Admins need a login to the portal** to gain access to projects, sub database, etc.; if permissions allow, they can create other colleague logins   - [FAQs](https://info.panteratools.com/faqs?hsLang=en) - [Getting started](https://info.panteratools.com/getting-started?hsLang=en) [![Hubexo US, Inc.](https://info.panteratools.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Hubexo%20email%20header.png?width=1200&height=400&name=Hubexo%20email%20header.png "Hubexo US, Inc.")](https://www.buildcentral.com/) [mailto:email@email.com](mailto:email@email.com) Copyright © 2026, Hubexo North America
